VEEDERSBURG - Funeral services for Mrs. Shirley Knoch, Fountain County native, were held Friday, July 19, in the First Christian Assembly Church at Lincoln Park, Mich. Mrs. Knoch, age 66, died at her home at River Rouge following a heart attack. Among the survivors are two cousins in the Veedersburg area, Mrs. Elinor Abbott and Mrs. Patricia Boord. Also surviving are her mother, husband, four sons, three daughters and two sisters. Mrs. Knoch was born March 11, 1902, at Stone Bluff, the daughter of Charles and Frances Davis Grubb. Her marriage to Hazen P. Knoch was solemnized June 1, 1920. Burial was in Lincoln Park. - jlr
